ABOUT THE WGSCA

Formed in 2007, our objective is to advance education and to provide facilities for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the Parishes of Whittingham and Goosnargh and the surrounding neighbourhood. We work to establish or to secure the establishment of recreational and community facilities and to maintain and manage these. We are currently engaging with the owners of the former Whittingham Hospital site to confirm long term plans for the community facilities which will be realised as part of the development.
